Our market is still very strong. We only have two months of inventory. A seller's market is anything less than six months. Rising interest rates will have an impact on most buyers, so getting pre-approved will become more important than ever. 

Now is still a good time to buy. Interest on rent is 100%. You're not paying anything towards your equity. If you're considering getting into the market, now is the time.
